Position Title: Cybersecurity Analyst

Locations: Pleasanton, CA 94588

Contract Length: 12 months – following with conversion/possible extension

Pay Range - $65-$70

Job Description: Cybersecurity Analyst

Design, develop, and recommend secure technical solutions to safeguard systems and information.
Contribute to cybersecurity toolsets for automated discovery and remediation of vulnerabilities.
Assess emerging technologies and implement secure architectures.
Support cyber threat and vulnerability management programs, perform threat identification and mitigation, and guide business units to meet security requirements.
Apply technical expertise in firewalls, intrusion detection, and other security technologies.
Coordinate cross-team efforts to achieve security goals and contribute to security project implementation.
Analyze and respond to cybersecurity incidents and assist in developing strategies and policies for protecting company assets.

Required:

4 to 6 years of experience is required.
Possess expertise in valuing and implementing industry standards such as the ISO 27001/2, SOC 2, HITRUST and FedRAMP Information Security standard and the ISO 22301 Business Continuity Standard.
Experience with implementation and operational use of GRC toolsets (Governance Risk and Compliance).
Possess CISSP certification (or similar) and be knowledge of national and international regulatory compliances and frameworks such as ISO, SOX, BASEL II, EU DPD, HIPAA, and PCI DSS.
