DayToDay Responsbilities:

 
  • Provide hands-on technical support for the organization --- handling employee technology/tickets from beginning to end
  • Work with managers to generate reports for trends/KPIs (e.g. customer satisfaction, average handling time, customer wait time, tickets still in queue)
  • Create technical documentation and dashboards in Service Now or Excel
  • Provide end-user training (virtual and in-person)

Must Have:

Must-haves/key skills needed

  • 2-3 years of Service Desk experience in a corporate environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Handson experience with troubleshooting technical service requests and problems with employees’ personal computers, network, smartphones, AV systems, enterprise applications/systems
  • Flexibility to travel
  • Experience in Office 365 suite and Windows 10 environment

NiceToHave:

Plusses/education/certifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or IT
  • Experience in the finance sector
