About the Role:

• The Senior Technical Analyst is responsible for providing technical guidance and functional support for internal and member-facing applications.
• They are skilled in application functionality and systems engineering principles, supporting strategic business initiatives and ensuring optimal application functionality.

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot complex technical problems for end-user applications
• Use technical tools like Splunk, SCOM, and AppDynamics for issue identification and resolution
• Support IIS, Web Services, and Service Oriented Architecture
• Collaborate with Business Analysts for application enhancements and modifications
• Participate in vendor support meetings and Business Continuity planning
• Develop and maintain technical expertise for all supported applications
• Manage communication between end users, vendors, and IT departments
• Research and resolve complex problems using SQL and relational database concepts
• Provide application training to help desk staff
• Participate in business readiness and requirement sessions
• Support software releases and lead teams in resolving production issues
• Mentor and train other Technical Analysts
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Education Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related discipline required, advanced degree preferred
• Minimum 5 years of systems analysis experience required
• Minimum 7 years of experience with financial institution software applications preferred
• Minimum 7 years of experience in SDLC/PMLC environment preferred
