About the Role:

• We are looking for a Learning Engine Support to join our HR-Talent Management team.
• The primary responsibility of this role is to support the Learning Team Engine by managing vendor relationships, maintaining content on the learning platform, and supporting team data and reporting needs.

Responsibilities: 

• Manage vendor relationships and schedules
• Maintain content on the learning platform
• Support team data and reporting needs
• Coordinate global meetings and visits from senior leaders
• Support events and projects on an ad hoc basis
• Manage vendor billing and other expense related items

Education Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree

Required Skills: 

• Minimum of 2 years of related professional or administrative experience
• Ability to maintain focus, complete tasks in a timely manner, and provide updates as timelines change
• Strong sense of urgency about getting work done
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Proficiency in MS Office and collaboration tools
• Flexible attitude and ability to adjust or reprioritize
• Ability to build positive rapport with different management styles
• Exercise discretion when handling sensitive information
• Partner effectively with the broader team
