About the Role: 

• We are looking for a Capacity Planning Analyst to join our team and work across multiple product delivery teams to maintain detailed capacity planning reports. 
• The ideal candidate will ensure the integrity of capacity planning reporting, produce transparent reporting on capacity allocation, and partner with various teams to collect sizing's for new initiatives. 

Responsibilities: 

• Maintain detailed capacity planning reports across multiple product delivery teams 
• Ensure integrity of capacity planning reporting through strong data quality practices 
• Produce transparent reporting on capacity allocation, consumption, outlook, and sequencing options 
• Partner with product delivery teams and Tech Portfolio team to track resource shifts and updates 
• Identify and deliver process redesign/improvement areas for capacity reporting confidence 

Education Qualification: 

• Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Business, Finance, or Information Technology 

Required Skills: 

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in managing large data sets 
• Reporting and analysis experience preferred 
• Advanced proficiency in Excel 
• Proficient in MS Product suite (Word, PowerPoint) 
• Knowledge of Agile (Scrum) methodology and practices 
• Excellent communication skills 
• Motivated self-starter with excellent organizational and planning skills 
• Ability to handle multiple assignments independently and adhere to time-sensitive deadlines
• High level of flexibility and ability to adapt to change quickly
• Strong ability to collaborate and partner across multiple teams
