  • Assisting providers during patient visits, managing paperwork, ensuring compliance, handling calls and appointments, documenting visits, conducting outreach, and boosting patient satisfaction.
  • Recording and updating health and immunization histories, preparing patients for examinations or procedures, conducting screening tests for hearing and vision, vital signs, venipuncture, blood draws, and phlebotomy, as well as administering injections.
