Position Details:

Title: NSF Collector

Duration: 16 months (Potential to convert FTE)

Location: Dartmouth (preferred) or Toronto, 3x a week in office

Compensation: $20-$25/hr

Interview process: 1 round

Project Scope/Why is this role open: Backfill

 

Day to Day:

  • Identify customers with outstanding debts.
  • Contact and track debtors, encouraging timely repayment.
  • Handle customer questions, complaints, and inquiries.
  • Create and implement debt collection courses of action.
  • Negotiate specific payment plan arrangements with debtors.
  • Investigate discrepancies to resolve outstanding customer accounts

Must Haves:

  • Fully bilingual
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
