DAY TO DAY

The position will reside in the team directly supporting Architecture and Engineering functions for Employee Experience Technology products and solutions
Complete SIT testing, document results, develop and write scripts, MOP and low level designs for implementation and configuration of Sonus/Ribbon SBC, SEcureLogix, Intrado E911 and associated integrations
Provide local software and hardware support requiring complex integrated configurations in the areas of; Sonus/Ribbon (9k, 7k, 2k), SecureLogix, Intrado E911, SIP and Session Management, LAN/WAN, VoIP, with integrations to products such as Avaya, Cisco, and Genesys
