Job Title – Associate EPC Project Manager

Location – Jackson, MI – 49201

Duration – 12 Months (Possible Extension / Conversion)

About the Role:

• This position is to support Project Management for Electric Distribution.
• The Associate EPC Project Manager will be responsible for small projects involving HVD and LVD lines and substations.
• The role involves planning, implementing, quality control, status reporting, and closing assigned projects.

Responsibilities:

• Support the planning and execution of the Project Lifecycle Process (PLP)
• Assist with financial forecasts and reconciliation of resources
• Develop and manage overall project execution plans
• Assist in developing project schedules and communicating them to the project team
• Communicate and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders
• Identify and manage risks, issues, and constraints impacting project execution
• Work at various locations including job sites

Education Qualification:

• Bachelor of Science in engineering/business or relevant field from an accredited college or university

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Project Management Institute PM knowledge areas
• Project Management skills including prioritization and meeting deadlines
• General knowledge of electric distribution lines and substations
• Ability to work cross-functionally with project stakeholders
• 0-2 years of overall relevant work experience

Preferred Experience:

• 2-4 years of overall relevant work experience
