We are seeking a professional who is looking to start a professional journey as a Legal Associate with one of the largest Banking Corporation headquartered in NYC, NY.

Job Title: Legal Associate

Duration: 06 months

?Responsibilities:

Heavy reading assistance
Assisting with editing and creating documents
Tracking status of matters and metrics
Maintaining relevant databases
Basic administrative support tasks
Ad hoc projects as needed

Qualifications:

Strong MS Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) experience
Experience working in corporate legal department, law firm, financial services, consulting, technology firm or related industry
Must have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, exceptional verbal communication and listening skills
Knowledge of legal customs and practices
Project administration skills
Knowledge and understanding of the financial services industry

Education:

Bachelor's Degree with a strong GPA, or equivalent experience.
