• We are looking for a contingent resource to support Brokerage Client Support in this assignment.
• The role involves proactively seeking ways to improve processes, performing moderately complex client support tasks, receiving direction from a supervisor, and escalating non-routine questions. Interacting with client personnel on a range of information is also a key aspect of this role.

• Support Brokerage Client Support

• 2+ years of Brokerage and Client Services support experience
• OR
• Equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education

• Strong communication skills

• Problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail
