Role: Worker’s Compensation Claims Analyst
Location: Denver, CO 80202 (hybrid 3days onsite)
Duration: 3 Months (Possibility of conversion to FTE or Contract Extension)
Pay rate: $30-35/Hourly

Mission:

• In this role, you will be responsible for investigating and evaluating worker's compensation claims, ensuring eligibility and accuracy of benefits. You will communicate with injured workers, employers, medical providers, and legal representatives to gather information and determine the appropriate course of action.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting claims for all employees in the United States, does not fall under Canada or Mexico.
• Working with claims adjustment vendor via email, not a lot of paperwork.
• Settling adjustments such as reserve approvals, settlements, hiring councils.
• Reviewing files of existing cases from outside adjusters.
• Making recommendations to leadership, raising flags if claims are over budget.
• This person does not need to be a licensed claims adjuster, they are not making claims decisions themselves. 

Qualifications:

• 1 – 3 years of experience in adjusting workers compensation claim. (Open to more senior candidates as well)
• Introductory excel skills.
• Good writing skills.
• Proficient in computer software (e.g., MS Office Suite)
