Description:
  • In this role you will provide training support and coordination to the Operations team, ensuring employees are adequately trained to perform the roles.
Responsibilities:
  • Works closely with the Operations Trainings Supervisor to ensure all training objectives are met and lend support on priority projects.
  • Responsible for coordination and facilitation of training needs.
  • Responsible for accurately completing and maintaining all paper and electronic training records.
  • Responsible for presenting trainings upon request.
  • Facilitate New Hire Orientation training and functions that support onboarding of new employees.
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years’ experience in professional environment
  • Prior experience using CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) and techniques.
  • Prior experience providing training.
  • Proficiency with Office Applications – Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.
Pay range:
$27/hr - $32/hr
