Position Details:

  • Location: Westlake/Irving, TX OR Charlotte, NC OR Chandler, AZ   (Hybrid Model)
  • Contract Length: 6 Months (Contract to Hire)  
Responsibilities:
  • facilitate thoroughly on incident management calls to help private and public cloud ops teams
  • help management documentation clean up and migrate to new ops practices
  • validation operations activities and fix deviations/exceptions
  • partner with offshore teams to validate work done
  • technical contribution – operational readiness review/assessments of deliverables
  • Improve processes and adoption of best practices within ITSO
  • Supporting Infrastructure and Helping other team members to solve the issues
  • Need to understand how to setup network infrastructure. 
  • Working with Senior Leadership to provide timely updates. 
Must Haves:
  • 15+ years of relevant enterprise experience
  • PCF Experience
  • Either Azure, AWS, or Azure experience
  • Network and Infrastructure 
  • Communication with Leadership 
  • Hands on technical cloud operations knowledge/experience
