Must Haves:

  • 5+ years of Systems Engineering, Technology Architecture experience
  • 4+ years Observability monitoring tools like App Dynamics, Thousand Eyes, ITRS and Splunk
  • 4+ years Windows/Linux operating systems
  • 4+ years of application production support experience
  • Outstanding problem solving and decision making skills
  • Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • 2+ years of Cloud initiatives experience like Azure

Plusses:

  • Experience supporting an enterprise-level environment
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • 3+ years of SQL experience
  • Ability to manage initiatives involving process improvements
