Job Title: Software Dev Engineer
Location: Seattle, WA / Bellevue, WA / New York City, NY (Hybrid)
Duration: 11+ Months - (contract might get extended or potential conversion to FTE)
PR: $53 - $58/hr

Basic Qualification:

• 3+ year of non-internship professional software development experience and an understanding of design for scalability, performance and reliability
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or similar technical field.
• Knowledge of design patterns, object-oriented design and data structures.
• Programming experience with at least one modern language such as Java or Python.
• Work in an Agile/Scrum team environment to deliver high quality software against tight schedules.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field.
• Experience with the full software development lifecycle for a software product.
• Excellent verbal/written communication skills including ability to effectively communicate with product, technical and support teams.
• Exposure to proper SDLC including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, continuous deployment.
• Experience developing complex software systems that have successfully been delivered to customers.
• Experience with distributed, multi-tiered systems, algorithms, and relational databases
