Job Description:

Duties:

Help create a project management structure for Supply chain related projects
Supply chain areas in scope: Purchasing, Production planning, Warehouse
Would be responsible for 50 – 100 different projects across the supply chain area ranging in complexity
Maintain project templates, Coordinate/run project meetings, track actions and follow up with action owners, create and maintain timelines, maintain dashboards to show overall health/performance
Interface with other areas outside supply chain but within the company: Supplier quality, engineering, facilities, regulatory, operations, etc
Assist in executing by performing some tasks.
Deliver quality project solutions to business problems or issues within defined budgets and/or timelines.
Provide expert project guidance/support proactively through project completion.
Provide tracking, reporting, and presentation to management and users.
