Job Description:
  • The Institutional Credit Management (ICM) team is seeking a dynamic project manager to join the Lending Transformation Program (LTP). This role will be responsible for leading and coordinating day-to-day program and project workstream activities, collaborating with stakeholders to develop functional strategies, and ensuring the successful delivery of the program. 
  • The ideal candidate should have knowledge of wholesale lending and be prepared to work in a fast-paced environment within the financial services industry.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Lead planning and coordination of program and project workstream activities
  • Coordinate stakeholders to develop functional strategy, project activities, and identify dependencies
  • Identify and escalate risks and issues impacting workstream delivery, and develop mitigation strategies
  • Ensure project prioritization and plan align with objectives and business needs
  • Lead meetings, including governance, workshops, and working groups
  • Drive adherence to program processes, procedures, methods, and standards for program delivery
  • Communicate program status, issues, and risk disposition to stakeholders and governance forums
  • Manage multiple cross-functional teams to achieve project goals
  • Prepare material for senior committee meetings and regulatory bodies
  • Collaborate with challenge functions in Risk, Compliance, and Internal Audit to ensure transformation outcomes adhere to enterprise control policies, standards, and procedures
  • Assess risk when making business decisions, safeguarding the Client, its clients, and assets by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations
 
Education Qualification:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field (preferred)
 
Required Skills:
  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in wholesale lending
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams
  • Knowledge of risk management and compliance practices
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and drive results
  • Understanding of financial services industry regulations and best practices
