Responsibilities:

• Develop and support a Regulatory Transaction Reporting controls application
• Work across multiple jurisdictions and asset classes for OTC Derivatives, FX, and Securities products
• Utilize knowledge of regulatory transaction reporting in CFTC/EMIR/MIFID jurisdictions
• Work with OOP languages, specifically Python
• Implement testing (unit, integration, etc.) and test automation
• Follow Agile development life-cycle
• Understand and apply regulatory rules and applications
• Collaborate with a global team to deliver enterprise-scale projects to end-users.

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of software development experience
• Experience in Regulatory Transaction Reporting in CFTC/EMIR/MIFID jurisdictions
• Good working experience with OTC derivative products
• 2 years minimum of Python programming experience
• 3-5 years of Object Oriented Programming experience
• Strong knowledge of version control systems (e.g. git, svn)
• Strong understanding of SDLC
• Strong Python experience in a development facility like SecDB or Athena
• Knowledge of distributed message system design/development
• Working knowledge of Unix/Linux
• Knowledge of building and using RESTful APIs
• Exposure to Front and Middle Office functions and controls
