Job Description:

  • Responsible for participating in the digital delivery efforts for Hilton's brand websites, serving as the advocate for our customers with disabilities.
  • Understanding of how to apply WCAG 2.1 standards to web and mobile web.
  • Able to advise on implementation of ARIA, audit sites to identify accessibility bugs, and have proficient use of one screen reader.
  • Comfortable working across all functional roles to help bake accessibility into the technology Hilton builds.
  • Typically requires management oversight to help with work prioritization.
