Pay range: $26 to $28/hr

About the Role:

• The Process Development Associate position at Thousand Oaks Cellular Sciences organization involves working with a team of scientists to lead and support the creation, inventory, and distribution of critical reagents for  biological products.
• The main focus will be on Biosimilar products, conjugation of antibodies and proteins, and creation of bioassay cell banks.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and support receiving, aliquoting, distributing, and archiving of Biosimilar products
• Support in the distribution of critical reagents to all sites
• Characterization of Critical Reagents and preparation of Certificates of Analysis
• Creation and characterization of cell lines for Quality Control cell based bioassays
• Management of inventory database and forecasting
• Effective communication with team members, clients, and partner organizations

Education Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in science - 2 years of experience in chemistry, biochemistry, cell biology, or related field

Required Skills:

• Detail-oriented with excellent documentation skills
• Proficiency in digital data analysis and visualization
• Experience in digital inventory database management
• Knowledge of Project Management tools like SharePoint and Smartsheet Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Advanced scientific/technical reading/writing skills
• Hands-on experience in cell culture/cell biology techniques
