Position Details:

  • Role: Spanish/Portuguese Paralegal / Legal Contracts Analyst
  • Project Location: Miami, FL (Hybrid)
  • Project Duration: 5+ Months
  • Pay Range: $30/hour to $36/hour
Job Description:
  • Prepare legal documents such as briefs, pleadings, appeals, contracts, and real estate closing statements
  • Maintain document files, file pleadings with court clerk, and prepare affidavits
  • Conduct research to support legal proceedings and analyze research data
  • Investigate facts and laws of cases to determine causes of action and prepare cases
  • Exercise moderate independent judgment with direction from supervisor
Required Skills:
  • Associate degree in paralegal studies or Bachelor's degree with a certificate in paralegal studies
  • 4+ years of professional experience
  • Strong contracts analysis experience
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (Required).
  • Detail oriented and organized
Desired skills/experience/education
  • Experience with tools like DocuSign, Apttus preferred
  • Portuguese is a Plus
