About the Role:

• Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) division as a Fulfillment Associate, Document Management (FA).
• The FA will work in a team environment processing digital documents to meet customer requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with team to complete daily workload with high-quality results Develop career skills relevant to the position and career trajectory
• Provide feedback on processes for continuous improvement
• Analyze customer requests, ensure compliance and accuracy, resolve or escalate issues, and communicate progress
• Fulfill initial filings and document requests
• Provide superior customer service
• Demonstrate self-motivation, results-driven attitude, and strong attention to detail
• Align with WK values and goals
• Manage time and resources effectively
• Ability to work overtime as needed
• Navigate Department of State websites
• Utilize Office and Kodak Capture Pro software
• Lift up to 10 lbs

Education Qualification:

• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
  1 year experience in office environment, customer service, retail, or hospitality
• Solid data entry skills
• Ability to multitask and problem solve
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and time management skills
