Pay rate: $25/hr. - $30/hr.

• Coordinates project review meetings and other meetings, such as site visits for testing and commissioning projects.
• Customer Support Tracks and assists in resolving customer issues; maintains database of issues and resolutions. Coordinates with protection, metering and billing to facilitate smooth interconnection for customers; determines billing amounts and verifies payments made; resolves disputes and billing discrepancies.
• Develop and Communicate Procedures Develops and maintains manuals; analyzes and documents procedural changes and improvements for maintenance contractors; prepares emergency procedures for customers.
• Clearly communicates operating/performance standards and procedures to customers, strategic partners, internal departments, consultants and contractors.
