Job Description:

Day-to-day:

• Role will be partnering with governance team leads to support oversight for Services policies and standards, program quality assurance and management of SPI, procedures & operating metrics
• Experience in executing test scripts and reporting preferred
• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize competing demands and effectively communication to inform and resolve issues

Must haves:

• 7+ years working around Governance
• BA, PM, Consulting background
• Experience working with Regulatory inquiries and writing responses to them
• Ability to read regulatory laws, rules, regulations and translate into requirement statements
• Policy, Standards and Requirements experience
• Understanding of data Patterns/Trends
• Operational Resiliency knowledge and understanding
• Project remediation experience

Pluses:

Banking domain experience
