DayToDay Responsbilities:

Walk throughs to spot any issues, escalate issues for preventative maintenance for mechanical and electrical gear, writing documentation.
Lower tier maintenance tasks i.e. Changing filters on cooling units
Monitor, walk through, maintain wellbeing of operations and escalate any issues
Identify problems to assist vendors who will execute maintenance
Writing documentation - Put in required information, scope of work, impact, mitigation
50% office admin work

Must Have:

Go getter attitude, desire to learn and get more involved, "learn and be curious"
Technical skills: Electrical or HVAC Mechanic, knowledge of electrical systems, technical acumen, building technician, troubleshooting
Level of Admin skills - strong written and oral communication, documentation and office work
Basic French - must understand French, meetings will be run in French, functional French/ basic communication
Reliability Clearance - 5 years of work experience in Canada or Canadian Citizen
Able to work weekends
