Responsibilities:

• The Manager of Compliance Risk Assessment is responsible for the establishment and operationalization of a compliance risk taxonomy.

• This role includes enhancing the compliance risk assessment methodology, developing job aids, and developing training materials based on taxonomy updates.
• The individual in this position will direct the daily activities of the team and execute project management responsibilities.
• Develop, optimize, and implement a comprehensive compliance risk taxonomy that categorizes risks and aligns them with organizational objectives.
• Refine existing risk assessment methodology to ensure the most accurate, efficient, and thorough analysis of compliance risks.
• Create job aids to assist team members and stakeholders in understanding and utilizing the compliance risk taxonomy and assessment methodology.
• Develop training materials for staff and stakeholders based on updates to the risk taxonomy, ensuring all parties are informed and aligned.
• The ideal candidate should possess a combination of technical and functional knowledge in data, scripting, GRC tools such as Archer, laws, rules, and regulations (LRRs), and internal controls.

• Compliance Knowledge: Deep understanding of compliance risk assessment methodology and requirements, standards, and best practices in the banking industry.
• Risk Assessment Expertise: Proven experience in compliance risk assessment and risk and controls.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
