About the Role:-

• As a Transaction Specialist within the Capital Markets Execution team, you will be responsible for supporting Global Markets Structured Notes and Treasury Long-Term Debt funding and governance activities for Treasury.
• This role offers exposure to various key business partners and provides an opportunity to work on highly detailed and repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities: -

• Booking new issuance details in Treasury’s long-term debt reporting system
• Reviewing and approving economic terms of proposed structured note issuance
• Monitoring team mailboxes and responding promptly to transaction-related requests
• Preparing documentation for various Global Funding activities 
• Participating in Operational Excellence initiatives and completing ad-hoc projects as needed

Education Qualification: -

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

Required Skills: -

• 2 years of relevant experience within a financial institution
• Excellent attention to detail
• Proficiency with Excel
• Ability to work effectively with others and business partners
• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Desired Skills: -

• Knowledge of coding (VBA, SQL, etc.)
• Experience with Long-Term Debt and Structured Notes
• Comfort working with financial products Years of Experience required
• 2 years of relevant experience within a financial institution

DayToDay Responsbilities:-

• Booking new issuance details in Treasury’s long term debt reporting system (BASIS)
• Preparing or coordinating documentation in connection with various GF activities (e.g. issuer call notices, signatures for issuance, etc.)
• Preparing analysis on structured note portfolio as required for funding analysis
• Actively participate in Operational Excellence initiatives focused on simplifying, streamlining, and automating processes

Must Have:-

• Experience with Long-Term debt and structured note
• Strong Excel experience
• Experience with securities
• Trade booking experience
