Title: Process Documentation Specialist

Client Domain: Energy and Utilities

Location:  Jackson, MI – 49201

Assignment Type: 6 Contract potential to hire/possible extension

Duties:

• Develop standards and automated controls to help ensure a quality, reliable, and consistent intranet experience from the admins to content creators to end users.
• Create automations with PowerSuite and document new processes
• Audit site owners/contributors; replace inactive
• Audit SharePoint list database and update/archive as needed
• Site content audits
• New owner/contributor onboarding
• Work with Learning & Development team to migrate site owner/contributor training into their platform and communicate new training requirements to assigned employees.
• Work with Subject Matter Experts to clarify process flows.
• Complete tasks from start to finish (e.g., define scope, execution, documentation, knowledge transfer).
• Work with new site owners on development and ensure they are understanding/meeting intranet standards; identify areas of process that can be automated and execute.
