Title: Computer Technician

Location: Nashville, TN / San Antonio, TX (Onsite)

Duration: 12+ months of contract | (Based upon performance, could be a possibility of extension or hire) 

Shift: Mon to Fri | Standard Shift 

PR: $24/hr to $26/hr 

• We are seeking?skilled and motivated Windows 11 Migration Specialists to join our team. The successful candidates will play a crucial role in the deployment ~5K computers as part of a comprehensive Windows?migration project. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a large-scale technology project.

• Up to 70% travel required. Remote support as required.
• Windows 11 Migration: Guide and execute the migration process, ensuring seamless transition from legacy computers to client's imaged computers for end users.
• Network Infrastructure installation: Installation of networking equipment, switches, routers, UPS, and associated interconnections/patching.
• Backup and Imaging: Assist users with configuring backups, imaging endpoint and restore data/settings.
• Data Migration: Transfer user profiles, files, and settings to the new Windows 11 endpoints.
• System Setup: Configure and optimize Windows 11 installations on individual computers.
• Application Installation: Install and configure required software applications.
• Post-Migration Support: Provide technical assistance to end-users both locally and remotely.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve migration-related issues.
