Titile - Portfolio Transformation Manager

Duration - 6 Months (Possible Extension / Conversion)

About the Role:

• As a Portfolio Transformation Manager, you will be part of the Technology Portfolio Management team, working on a contractual basis.
• You will report directly to the Director of Portfolio Optimization and play a key role in developing comprehensive assessments and strategic roadmaps for technology portfolio management.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments of current processes in technology portfolio management, focusing on reporting, communications, and tools.
• Document customer needs and objectives to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Define transition points such as Point of Departure (POD), Point of Next (PON), and Point of Arrival (POA) for portfolio management processes.
• Identify and document gaps in current reporting and analytics capabilities and provide strategic recommendations for improvement.
• Develop a detailed roadmap with necessary steps and timelines to achieve strategic goals.

Education Qualification:

• Minimum of 8 years in process assessment and management, particularly in technology or business contexts.
• Prior consulting experience is highly valued.

Required Skills:

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex processes and define strategic improvement points.
• Experience in documenting and analyzing customer needs and translating them into actionable plans.
• Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in portfolio management and technology operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with senior management and cross-functional teams.
