Job Title - Portfolio Transformation Manager

Duration - 6 Months (Possible Extension or Conversion)

Location - Remote

How will you make an impact in this role?

  • Lead communications and change management for the Tech Portfolio Management function.
  • Define project implementation plans related to roll out Portfolio Management tools, and manage project execution, including educating the teams on process, metrics, reports, and information usage.
  • Partner with Tech Portfolio Transformation, Tooling, Reporting and Programs teams to identify, plan and lead cross-functional changes to evolve existing models, tools, and processes.
  • Manage key stakeholders by consistently offering support and education on core activities and processes.
  • Design, develop and implement instructional strategies with clearly established objectives that meet organizational needs.
  • Create content and develop activities to support learning by incorporating adult learning principles, effective assessment techniques, appropriate integration of instructional technologies, and best practices.
  • Manage day-to-day relationships with primary stakeholders, including monitoring KPIs (key performance indicator), evaluating efficiencies and resolving escalations.
  • Drive projects, change management and ownership of operations strategies in an agile environment.
  • Understand and apply new trends and competitive best practices.
  • Communicate and build consensus across disciplines in creating training strategies.

 

Minimum Qualifications

  • Preferred 8+ years of functional or operational experience in change management
  • Minimum 5 years of experience designing, developing, and delivering training content instructor-led and eLearning
  • Experience in an enterprise level operational function and successful track record of leading large-scale initiatives
  • Knowledge of Instructional Design concepts and principles
  • Ability to Storyboard
  • Advanced proficiency with MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and WebEx knowledge of eLearning software such as Articulate 360 and Rise.
  • Visual design skills (Adobe Creative Suite) a plus
  • Voice talent and recording skills using Adobe Audition are strongly desired
  • Experience publishing and managing learning content on learning management systems
  • Strong influencing skills and ability to work across multiple levels of an organization
  • Comfortable with ambiguity, open to change, working in a fast-paced and fluid environment, and thrives on learning and acquiring deep expertise in our tools and process
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (verbal and written)
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
