Title: Data Analyst
Location: Longview, WA
Duration: 12 Months
Pay Range: $18/hr - $20/hr

Responsibilities:

• Convert item records from one IT system to another
• Classify items into noun/modifier categories
  Enhance item specifications using Company processes and systems
• Determine if the parts to be converted already exist in the destination system
• Create new item master records using the Company's data dictionary
• Access applications to create new item requests, extend existing items, and edit items for enrichment purposes
• Utilize the Company's web-based item portal tool for lookup and data entry
• Follow directions from the Data Conversion Project Manager
• Meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) on a weekly/monthly basis
• Ensure all deliverables are met as assigned by the Project Manager

Required Skills:

• 2-5 years of administrative/analysis experience
• Intermediate Excel skills
• Typing speed of 10,000+ keystrokes
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to follow defined procedures and processes
• Strong communication and organizational skills
