Position Details:
Title: Recruiter Associate  
Client: Financial and Mortgage  
Location: McLean, VA, 22102 (Tuesday through Thursday in office)  
Duration: 12-month Contract potential to hire/possible extension
 
Overview:
  • Open to recent graduates, preference for 1+ years of professional experience.
  • Must be proficient with scheduling and with MS Office Suite, specifically Word and Excel.
  • Big Plus if they have experience with Workday. Very strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills are also a must.
Qualifications:
  • Microsoft Office experience, especially Word and Excel
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Able to work autonomously as well as in a team environment
  • Comfortable working with hiring managers and individuals at all levels
