Job Details: 

Title: Field Desktop Technician

Location: Nashville, TN 

Duration: 06 months of contract | Hybrid

Pay: $24/Hr. to $26/Hr.  

Job Description: 

• Up to 70% travel required. Remote support as required. (100% travel reimbursment)
• Windows 11 Migration: Guide and execute the migration process, ensuring seamless transition from legacy computers to imaged computers for end users.
• Network Infrastructure installation: Installation of networking equipment, switches, routers, UPS, and associated interconnections/patching.
• Backup and Imaging: Assist users with configuring backups, imaging endpoint and restore data/settings.
• Data Migration: Transfer user profiles, files, and settings to the new Windows 11 endpoints.
• System Setup: Configure and optimize Windows 11 installations on individual computers.
• Application Installation: Install and configure required software applications.
• Post-Migration Support: Provide technical assistance to end-users both locally and remotely.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve migration-related issues.
