As an Attorney with us, you'll wield your legal prowess to navigate the intricate realm of transactions, with a spotlight on lending and asset-based endeavors. While our home base is in McLean, you'll enjoy the flexibility of spending Tuesday through Thursday onsite, with the rest of the week at your preferred remote location.

Day-to-Day Thrills:

• Dive deep into loan documents crafted by bank lenders' counsel, and sculpt documents from Client's perspective.
• Craft custom solutions tailored to the nuances of each transaction, transforming base forms into masterpieces of legal ingenuity.
• Engage in high-stakes negotiations via email and phone, ensuring each deal dances to the beat of our timeline.
• Expect the unexpected - our transactions can be as brief as 30 day or as epic as 60 day.
• Show off your document drafting finesse and negotiation wizardry.
