Experience:• 5 years progressive experience in business analysis, systems analysis, testing or other analytical experienceEducation• In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, an additional 4 years of relevant work experience is required in addition to the required work experience.Preferred Qualifications• Demonstrated ability to deliver high quality, effective deliverables on-time and be a significant contributor to the development of cost-effective solutions.• Proven ability to quickly learn and understand complex topics.Previous experience writing documentation and procedural materials for multiple audiences.• Strong experience owning end-to-end documentation creation process.• Well-developed functional and business knowledge of Salesforce.• Experience working as part of a Scrum team.• Expertise with requirements management tools: Confluence, JIRA• Familiarity with SharePoint.Required• Experience in the health insurance industry.
