Day To Day Responsbilities:

  • Act as the digital call support to any instances of home installation / improvements 
  • Outbound and inbound calls with CustomersVerifying any instances of fraud / verifying income statements / actuality of said person via internal system 
  • Validation of policies and procedures 

 

Must Have:

  • excellent communication and customer service skills
  • someone who is computer and tech savvy - can use multiple systems 
  • someone who can follow directions 
  • Background of customer service within a financial company 
  • Minimum 3 years of experience
