DayToDay Responsbilities: Research and coordination with relevant parties 

  • Working at a trading desk doing trade bookings and settlements
  • supporting Equity, FX, trading, settlements, holding Canadian assets and managing
  • Help with transactional management of client tasks
  • Looking at transactional flow, looking at required changes
  • Working with the team to document changes

Must-Have:

  1. 2-3 years
  2. Brokerage experience or banking, mutual funds, investments
  3. Trade knowledge
  4. Reconciliation ** is key
  5. Settlements and settlement systems 
  6. Proven track record of systems - i.e. trade booking, excel, (Fidessa, Arrow, ISM, Kyndryl)

NiceToHave:

  1. Bloomberg
  2. Communication skills
  3. Take initiative, ask questions, and interact well with people
