About the Role: We are looking for a detail-oriented individual to join our team in a role that involves managing data accuracy, inbound shipments, and inventory analysis. The successful candidate will need to operate from a company-wide perspective and encourage cross-functional project development.

Responsibilities: 

• Assist in ensuring data accuracy for all tools and processes
  Manage inbound shipments, including PO tracking, fill rates, and vendor communications
• Analyze inventory position and SKU performance to determine inventory needs 
• Execute on various purchase order, in-stock, and vendor related systems and reports

Education Qualification: 

• The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of relevant experience as an Associate Planner or Associate Buyer 
• Must be highly organized, self-starting, and proficient in business software like Excel
• Flexible, good written and oral communication skills, team-oriented, and able to meet tight deadlines while handling multiple projects simultaneously

Required Skills: 

• Proficiency in business software, especially Excel
• Experience with SAP is preferred 
• Preferred experience in ERP software

Pay Rate:

• $15-18/hr
