• We are looking for a Computer Operator to handle computers and computer-related equipment.
• The role involves operating central consoles or online terminals for data processing, monitoring system consoles, and performing operator preventive maintenance on peripheral equipment.
• This position will be based at the Client's customer location and will involve working after hours in the evening during the work week.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in performing routine tasks associated with operating computers and computer-related equipment
• Handle central consoles or online terminals for data processing
• Perform regular system backups as required
• Perform simple troubleshooting techniques
• Provide GLINDA EUCS operational desk-side support tasks and activities for the PC Hardware Refresh project at Client's End
• Deploy Windows 10 desktop and laptop devices to Client's end users following a standard process
• Conduct non-disruptive desk-side surge support for deploying Windows 10 configured hardware devices
• Utilize knowledge in Windows 10 Hardware refresh deployments and migration of data
• Backup old devices to support deploying new devices
• Interact daily with supervisor, peer groups, and customers
• Follow specific procedures and guidelines for tasks

Education Qualification:

• High school education or equivalent
• 1+ year of related experience or technical training

Required Skills:

• Knowledge of Windows 10 Hardware refresh deployments
• Experience in deploying Windows 10 configured hardware devices
• Familiarity with MS Office Suite, Remedy, and tools used for deployment support
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work under tight schedules and follow directions
• Willingness to travel depending on the site supported
