Position Details:
  • Position: Clerk

  • Work Location: Seattle, WA 98188 (Onsite)
  • Shifts: Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday (7:30 AM PST onwards; For Saturday and Sunday - 8:30 AM PST onwards) - (Tuesday & Wednesday - Week offs) OR Monday - Friday (6 AM PST onwards)
  • Pay Range: $19-20/hour
Responsibilities:
  • Production-based environment.
  • Staff remains until work is done, this can be a shorter or longer day. The expectation is they can stay later.
  • Lunches and breaks need to be taken.
  • Primarily scanning and imaging, opening the mail and they are responsible for extracting the mail.
  • This is all done on one machine in a fluid motion.
  • It is important to be professional, this is discussed in the training they receive.
  • Everyone is cross-trained.
Required Skills:
  • Need someone with great attention to detail, working with sensitive customer information.
  • Repetitive work - Be able to do a similar function often.
  • Accounts receivable for business, companies have outsourced the work to this team.
  • Support External clients.
