Job Title: Inventory Planner III 

Job Location: Everett, WA - 98203 

Job Duration: 4 Months (Contract) 

Pay Rate: $22.9/hr to $24.9/hr 

Job Description: 

• Strong execution of data and processes is required. The successful candidate must possess the ability to operate from a company-wide perspective and encourage cross-functional and cross-business project development.  

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in data accuracy so all tools and processes function as expected.  

• Manage inbound shipments: po tracking & maintenance, fill rates, operational issues, vendor communications. Analyze inventory position and sku performance to determine inventory needs.  

• Execute on a variety of purchase order, in-stock, and vendor related systems and reports.  

Qualifications:

• The ideal candidate will have 1 year of relevant experience either as an Associate Planner or Associate Buyer.  

• They must be highly organized, self-starting, and comfortable with business software, such as Excel.  

• The successful candidate must be flexible, possess good written and oral communication skills, be team-oriented, and able to meet tight deadlines while working on several projects simultaneously.  

Daily Schedule: There are 2 shift timing  

• 1st shift – 8:00 am to 4:30 pm PST 
• 2nd shift – 2:00 pm to 10:30 pm PST

Required Skills: 

• They must be comfortable with business software, such as Excel.  

• Manager is looking for someone who has experience with SAP but it is preferred. 

• Preferred experience in any ERP software such as (Oracle or Salesforce)
