About the Role:

  • We are looking for a CSC Customer Service Rep II to join our team.
  • The role involves answering phones for public and internal customers, documenting and dispatching work requests, assisting in special projects, and monitoring environmental alarms.
  • The position requires proficiency in phone and work request dispatch responsibilities, as well as the ability to fill in for CR 1's on any shift.

Responsibilities: 

  • Answering phones for public and internal customers

  • Assisting with workflow and assignments for patient transporters
