Title: Salesforce Consultant (Loyalty Management)

Location: Toronto Downtown (Hybrid)

Duration: 6 Months

About The Role:

  • Develop and implement solutions using Salesforce Loyalty Management, focusing on its core modules like the Core Data aModel, DPE, and Transaction Journal
  • Write and maintain Apex code to customize and extend the functionality of Salesforce Loyalty Management systems
  • Manage integrations and develop APIs within Salesforce Loyalty Management to connect with other business systems effectively
  • Utilize HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/jQuery to enhance the user interface and user experience of loyalty management applications
  • Work with the MuleSoft team to ensure seamless data integration and address any system integration challenges

Required Qualification:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Salesforce environment.
  • Experience with Salesforce Loyalty Management: (Data Model, DPE, and Transaction Journal)
  • Apex Development Skills
  • API and Integration Management
  • Web Development Skills: (HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/jQuery)
