Job Description :

MUST HAVES

Minimum 7 years of experience as an RTE/Agile Coach
Proven experience in leading Agile teams, with hands-on involvement in team development and running trains.
Direct experience implementing Agile methodologies and frameworks/
Certification in SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework), demonstrating comprehensive understanding and application
Demonstrated expertise in change management, adept at formulating strategies to overcome resistance and facilitate adoption across organizational levels

Day to Day

Leading Agile ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives, ensuring they run efficiently and effectively.
Providing guidance and coaching to Agile teams, Product Owners, and Scrum Masters on Agile practices, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
