Job Title: Credit Investigator   

Duration: 6 Months (Contract to Hire) 

Location: Alpharetta, GA 30009

• This is a contract-to-hire opportunity for a highly motivated individual with the potential to transition into a full-time Contract Analyst role.

About the Role:

• In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of the credit investigation process. You will be responsible for conducting thorough investigations via phone calls and credit investigation tools to verify applicant information.

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify applicant information including proof of residence, income, and phone number.
• Investigate and resolve fraud alerts.
• Gather and analyze credit data.
• Communicate effectively with applicants and maintain a professional demeanor.
• Ensure adherence to all credit investigation policies and procedures.

Schedule:

• Hybrid work schedule (Monday & Wednesday in office, voluntary Thursday). Weekend availability is required (Saturday & Monday mandatory).

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with inbound and outbound phone calls
• Proficient in PC usage with strong typing skills (25-30 WPM)
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• A passion for providing excellent customer service
