Client: Banking

Title: Systems Analyst 

Location: Evansville, IN– Hybrid 

Duration: 12 months Contract (Possibility of extension)

Day to Day Responsibilities:

• Strive to ensure IT Infrastructure endpoints and applications are free of security vulnerabilities / identify threats across endpoints and internal applicationis 
• Research vulnerabilities and determine impact on the computing environment
• Maintain a risk-based approach in prioritizing vulnerability remediation efforts
• Utilize vulnerability scanning tools to validate remediation efforts and Identify vulnerabilities
• Troubleshoot and correct endpoints with failed security patches and updates
• Determine the root cause of problems through analysis and problem-solving activities
• Perform application security reviews and participate in technology lifecycle management activities as needed
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS support.  Additionally, MacOS is a plus
• Review and maintain proper software inventory technical documentation
• Update install scripts and review logic for automated processes
• Familiarize with technology support and patch deployment tools i.e. vSphere, MECM, Jenkins, Goverlan, ServiceNow, Jamf, etc
• Partner with Cybersecurity and Risk and respond to issues from all organizational levels
• Communicate remediation status to management on an ongoing basis
• Perform end-user and system support as required to resolve specific problems identified

Must Haves:

• Bachelors degree in a related field with industry recognized certifications preferred + 1-2 years' experience with workstation, server or related technologies 
• OR 
• High school dipolma + relevant industry recognized certifications preferred and 3 years experience with workstation, server or related technologies
