Location:  Remote Role
Duration: 6+ Months Contract Role + Possible Extension
 
 
Job Description:
  • Review dashboard/reports for new items, work on existing tasks, work on any outstanding project work
  • Weekly meetings, 1:1 with manager, working with co-work on assignments, project meetings
  • Experience working with Virtual Agent, Employee Center/Service Portal, Integrations, specifically AWS integration, and PPM administration.
  • ITOM/CMDB, Integrations, SPM/PPM, fix/administer Discovery.
  • Managing multiple workstreams
