About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Application Developer with expertise in PeopleSoft to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining PeopleSoft applications to meet business needs.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions within PeopleSoft
• Develop and customize PeopleSoft applications using PeopleTools, PeopleCode, and other relevant technologies - Perform unit testing and debugging to ensure the quality and reliability of developed applications
• Provide support and maintenance for existing PeopleSoft applications
• Stay up-to-date with PeopleSoft technologies and best practices to continuously improve application development processes

Education Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

Required Skills:

• Proven experience as an Application Developer with a focus on PeopleSoft
• In-depth knowledge of PeopleSoft tools and technologies such as PeopleTools, PeopleCode, Application Engine, Component Interface, etc.
• Strong understanding of PeopleSoft architecture and data model
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
